1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Elite Intel (elitecarintel.com), including newsletters, monthly reports, inspection briefs, and the portfolio dashboard. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

2. The service

Elite Intel is a UK-focused performance car market intelligence publisher. We provide editorial analysis, market data, and AI-generated inspection briefs for cars typically in the £50k–£350k bracket. Our content is for information and entertainment — it is not financial, legal, or mechanical advice.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current price for the next billing period.

4. Inspection Briefs (one-off £49)

• An inspection brief is an AI-generated research document specific to the car you describe.
• It is not a physical inspection and is not a substitute for a marque specialist's pre-purchase inspection.
• We do not guarantee the brief will identify every fault on the actual vehicle.
• Briefs are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

5. Refunds & money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions if you're not satisfied. For inspection briefs, if the brief is materially unfit for purpose, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund in full. To request a refund, email support@eliteintel.co.uk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login or paid content with non-subscribers.
• Republish, resell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the site.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

All editorial content, branding, and software are owned by Elite Intel or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to read paid content for personal use only.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Intel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any decision you make to buy, sell, or hold a vehicle based on our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
