Elite Intel ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based publisher of performance car market intelligence, operating the website at elitecarintel.com. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

• Subscription & payment data: billing details processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Inspection brief data: car details you submit (make, model, year, VRM, VIN, asking price, mileage, notes).
• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, and basic device/browser information for analytics and security.
• Communications: any messages you send us via email or contact forms.

How we use your data

• To deliver the service (newsletters, reports, inspection briefs, portfolio dashboard).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, brief delivery, account changes).
• To improve the product, fix bugs, and protect against fraud and abuse.
